Advanced Health Physical Therapy, Inc. has been providing home- based Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy for several years.

Currently, we provide home therapy services to a variety of pediatric and adult patients and treat conditions such as: orthopedic, neurological, neuromuscular, sports injuries, develiopmental disabilities and work-related injuries.

Our goal is to provide the best possible therapy for our patients so that they can maximize their functional abilities. We believe that communication with patients, caregivers, case coordiantors, physicians and insurance companies is very important; therefore, every effort is made to keep everyone informed on the patient's progress.

Patients receive individualized care from our dedicated and experienced therapist. Providing exceptional care is what we are commited to, and to achieve this goal we focus on listening and implementing therapy programs that take into consideration the patients' goals as well as family / caregiver' goals.
