Advanced Health Physical Therapy, Inc. has been providing home- based Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy for several years.

Currently, we provide home therapy services to a variety of pediatric and adult patients and treat conditions such as: orthopedic, neurological, neuromuscular, sports injuries, developmental disabilities and work-related injuries.

Our goal is to provide the best possible therapy for our patients so that they can maximize their functional abilities. We believe that communication with patients, caregivers, case coordinators, physicians and insurance companies is very important; therefore, every effort is made to keep everyone informed on the patient's progress.

Accepts Medicaid, Medicaid Waiver, Medicare Part B, private pay and some private insuracnes.
