Communication

Communication is essential in establishing a rehabilitation program that is successful. Initial evaluations, daily notes, progress reports and discharge summaries are provided to the case coordinators, physicians and insurance companies as requested.

By establishing a rapport with everyone involved in the patients' care, we are able to provide patient / caregiver education and implement rehabilitation programs that continue once the patient is discharged.
